A. YES, if your property qualifies, you can have a firm purchase agreement within 72 hours of our meeting and inspection of your property. The sale can be completed once we get the final title work and the confirmation of all outstanding liens and encumbrances on your house.

Q. What areas of Indianapolis do you cover?
A. We are buying houses in Hamilton and Marion Counties only in the Indianapolis area.

A. VERY FAST! Once we have inspected your property, verify the amount you owe on your mortgage(s) (and any other liens), we will then agree on the purchase price. Depending on the circumstances, I, or one of our investors, will pay all cash at the closing, or if not, we may work out monthly payments for a period (a purchase deferral program). It’s that simple. We can take care of your monthly payments and liquidate your asset before it becomes a financial nightmare.
